Provide workers with protective clothing and equipment, and observe public safety on roads, and on-site. Relocate cultural property in case impacts are unavoidable. Plant trees on roadside, and otherwise protect trees from adverse impacts. Identify natural habitats, and properly manage passage through habitats if unavoidable.
