Epson's new ultra-short-throw projector offers the ultimate level of interactivity by combining finger-touch with dual pen capability. Featuring a brightness level of 3, lumens and WXGA resolution, the EBWi's ultra-short-throw design allows you to present large images from a very short distance with minimised shadows and glare. WXGA resolution, that matches the resolution and aspect ratio of most laptop displays, and HDMI input mean that students benefit from sharp, clear projected images. Use your fingers to annotate directly onto the screen.

What should I do? There is no sound. The finger touch interactivity does not work. The product indicates an error. Can my product do rear projection? Part of my image is blurred or out of focus. I am setting up my product wirelessly. The product's security setup menu does not allow me to enter a colon or space characters contained in my wireless network passphrase. Error Messages or Lights. The message Not Supported is displayed. I see the message No Signal. I see the message Error occurred in the Easy Interactive Function. Image Quality or Appearance. I see static or noise in the image. The image is not rectangular. The image is too dark or light, or the colors are incorrect. Only part of the picture is displayed or the image looks distorted. Can I view the image on my laptop or computer at the same time it is displayed on my product screen?
How do I select the image source? When writing with two pens, the pens skip and break up. What is wrong? The image from my computer appears stretched when it's projected. Should I use the Keystone function to adjust the projected image during the installation of my product?
My image has a blue cast when I connect my video equipment to my product with a VGA connection. When I play movies through my DVD player and my product, the screen has a green cast.
How can I adjust the colors? How can I improve the image quality? My product doesn't show as much contrast as the one displayed in the store.
The image on my screen appears red, pink, or magenta. Can I display on the screen and a computer monitor simultaneously? I am having trouble manually calibrating my system.
My pen is hard to use. The built-in toolbar PC Free Annotation does not work. How do I calibrate my product? The pen is causing interference and unwanted effects. The cursor location and pen position do not match.
It is difficult to join lines, annotate, or select objects. My interactive pen doesn't work. It lags, skips, or does not write on the projected image. Is it possible to use Easy Interactive Tools 3.
Do I need to install a special driver on my computer in order to use a document camera with Easy Interactive Tools 3. Can I record and play back a video file in Easy Interactive Tools 3.
Does my product's interactive function work with Linux? Why do I need to calibrate the system before using the pen for the first time? Are the tips of the pen replaceable? What distance should the pens be apart when I write? Shooting lines appear between the pens, when I use two pens at the same time. Do I need to install the Easy Interactive Driver for interactivity on my computer?
